We stand for equality throughout America
- According to the Treasury Dept. "Median household income in 2020 was roughly $46,000 and $55,500 for Black and Hispanic workers, respectively, compared to $75,000 for White households."
- Trump has been actively attacking DEI programs which exist to prevent discrimination in hiring practices
- According to Forbes. "Before DEI, a person’s career success might not have anything to do with merit. You could solely be included or excluded in the candidate pool based on nothing more than your gender, race, ethnicity, age, looks, friendships, family money, etc." In other words DEI makes hiring more merit based, as it doesn't allow straight white business men to simply hire more straight white men regardless of there qualifications, they must give everyone a fair chance.
- Multiple studies have shown an increase in hate crimes coinciding with Trumps presidency, studies have also shown that people with xenophobic, sexist, and racist views overwhelmingly support the Trump administration
